    Poor customer service

    Liked the furniture here and went to browse their collection. An Asian sales lady came to us and gave us some quote (forcefully) and then went back and sat on her desk! Well - this is Australia and customer service is valued here. The shop should employ some good, courteous sales people!

    I recently bought some oak furniture from the Castle Hill Store. The sales person, Eileen, was a nice, enthusiastic and professional lady, she introduced their products and answered all questions we had. She always answered my phone calls. The delivery was satisfactory. Would like to recommend to my friends in the future.

    Had a browse with friend, and looked at some TV set cabinet. A Chinese lady serviced us. She is very unprofessional, arrogant. When she tried to boast her product, she tends to compare other brands and commented others are rubbish... made me uncomfortable. A low EQ sales, sadness of this shop.

    The team at Oak Furniture Castle Hill were very friendly and helpful with our purchase of this beautiful furniture. We bought from the Arden range and are very happy with the quality and build. If you buy a package, they will definitely look after you. Thanks Eileen and Roger, keep up the great service.
