Make sure to book in if you want a guaranteed spot as they are usually quite busy ☺️ - Kimberley Added January 08, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I booked several times through Facebook messenger they usually very good at responding. I always turn up on time on time. I tried to called as I was unwell no one picked up the phone I tried several times so I messaged through Facebook messenger no response I tried to reschedule through calling and messenger again no response. When approaching them in store they told me I never turn up to my appointments and I can only book an appointment in store! I assured them I turn up to every appointment and tried to reschedule when I was unwell and they said sorry the system has barred me. Very disappointed with the customer service!
