    I would highly advise against ordering any flowers online through the flowers paradise website. I ordered my mum some flowers for her birthday, paying $130 for what I believed to be a large bunch of flowers. What turned up was an absolute embarrassment - the bunch was the equivalent size of a $20 bunch in store. I find it remarkable they can get away with it in this day and age. When complaining directly to the store at Glenrose, they explained the order goes out to their network of stores and there's no accountability for what turns up. Never. EVER. Again!!

    After spending $100 on flowers to be delivered in the same suburb as the florist itself as an anniversary surprise at my partners work, they were delivered after close of business so she never got the flowers on the day of our anniversary. After ringing to complain I was told it was not their problem and I should have specified when I wanted them delivered. Waste of time and money ordering through this florist.
