  Caution Advised
  
  I entrusted this dry-cleaning company with my new designer coat for its first dry-cleaning, and unfortunately, the results were far from satisfactory. Upon receiving my coat, it was evident that something had gone wrong. The fabric appeared worn and tattered, and the care label had faded significantly.
  
  Upon expressing my dismay, they offered to reassess my coat. A week later, I received it back, accompanied by an attached letter that audaciously informed me that their "garment assessment manager" had determined the care label to be inadequate, shifting the blame onto the manufacturer. This claim conveniently ignores the fact that even if the care label were less than perfect, it should not have resulted in the destruction of my coat. Moreover, regardless of the care label, the extent of damage sustained by the coat is unacceptable. Common sense dictates that upon seeing the fabric of a coat visibly damaged, any competent dry cleaner would halt the cleaning process to prevent further harm.
  
  To make matters worse, no refund or apology was offered.

  if i can give this place 10 stars i would. service from lady that is normally there (arian) is excellent, she is very nice and kind lady. the service is always great and she will always help with anything extra needed. the price is reasonable , and the service is great would recommend to anyone.

  Another lady in front of me was being served, she was told by the shop owner, “that’ll be $45”
  “then no, i won’t pay that much”
  “what about $25?”
  
  I was charged $66 for a pair of pants, short dress and jacket.
  Very expensive, quite rude and ignorant shopowner. She can charge whatever she wants, there's never a standard rate.
  Never going back!

  Took two t-shirts in to get tailored.
  
  I wore them probably 5-10 times each over a 12 month period.
  
  They both failed along the stitch lines that they had put in. Understanding it was 12 months old however I thought that some sort of concession would be given based on the fact that both failed and that the garments still looked next to brand new.
  
  However the attendant proceeded to argue and basically shout at me when explaining that it was the garment itself that was the issue and that the fact that both had failed was just a “coincidence”.
  
  I’ve been getting my clothes tailored all of my adult life at various places and have never once had anything fail.
  
  I wasn’t expecting a freebie but thought that they may potentially meet me halfway somewhere.
  
  Instead I was talked down to, shouted at and made to feel like I was the problem.
  
  The only thing worse than the workmanship was the customer service - I won’t be going there again!

  Superb job. Suit looks like brand new. Also, as it was urgent they got it done the next day for me. Great service and friendly staff.
