Liked the furniture here and went to browse their collection. An Asian sales lady came to us and gave us some quote (forcefully) and then went back and sat on her desk! Well - this is Australia and customer service is valued here. The sales person, Eileen, was a nice, enthusiastic and professional lady, she introduced their products and answered all questions we had. She always answered my phone calls. The delivery was satisfactory. Would like to recommend to my friends in the future.

When she tried to boast her product, she tends to compare other brands and commented others are rubbish... made me uncomfortable. A low EQ sales, sadness of this shop.
